July 6, 2026 – ROCHESTER, NY – Greece Ridge announced Ichiddo Ramen is now open, bringing authentic Japanese ramen and Asian-inspired quick-bites to the Food Court.
Located next to Honshu Hibachi, Ichiddo Ramen occupies a 649-square-foot space and specializes in authentic Japanese ramen made with slow-cooked broths, fresh noodles and customizable toppings. Guests can choose from ramen varieties including tonkotsu, miso, shoyu and spicy ramen, with protein options such as pork, chicken, beef and seafood. The menu also features Japanese appetizers such as gyoza, edamame, calamari and harumaki, as well as rice bowls, stir-fry dishes and beverages.
The Greece Ridge opening marks Ichiddo Ramen’s 25th location nationwide, fifth in New York State and first in Western New York.
Since March 2025, Greece Ridge has opened more than 140,000 square feet of new shopping, dining and entertainment, in addition to welcoming several seasonal and temporary tenants. Recent additions include Apple Cinemas, Boscov’s, Hot Pot 585 and Express Jewelers Outlet.
