July 18, 2025 – ROCHESTER, NY – Greece Ridge is excited to announce the opening of Hot Pot 585, a new sit-down dining experience coming to the food court. Occupying 5,260-square-feet, the new restaurant offers guests a one-of-a-kind, all-you-can-eat hot pot and Korean BBQ experience – with both interior and exterior access.
Locally owned and operated by the team behind Greece Ridge’s King Crab, Hot Pot 585 invites guests to take part in the cooking experience by selecting their own broths, proteins, vegetables, and sauces from a fresh, well-stocked buffet line. Each table is equipped with built-in cooking stations, allowing diners to prepare their meals exactly the way they like them.
In addition to its signature hot pot and grill offerings, Hot Pot 585 features a full-service bar, and is open daily for both lunch and dinner. Hours are Monday through Friday from noon to 10:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 11:00 PM.
Hot Pot 585 joins a series of new additions at the property. Within the last calendar year, Greece Ridge has welcomed Tropical Smoothie Café, Goodwill of the Finger Lakes, Charlotte Russe, and Apple Cinemas. In March, the Mall announced the upcoming arrival of Boscov’s, a 175,000-square-foot department store scheduled to open in Fall 2025.
