March 5, 2026 – ROCHESTER, NY – Greece Ridge is excited to announce that Express Jewelers Outlet and Ichiddo Ramen will be joining its tenant mix in the coming months.
Express Jewelers Outlet will mark the brand’s sixth location and will occupy a 1,364-square-foot space near Center Court. The store will offer a selection of jewelry and accessories, including watches, sunglasses, diamonds, gold, rings and silver jewelry, as well as repair and custom services.
Ichiddo Ramen will open a 649-square-foot location in the Food Court next to Honshu Hibachi. The restaurant will serve authentic Japanese ramen made with house broths and customizable toppings, along with menu items such as donburi rice bowls, stir-fried noodles and appetizers.
Over the past calendar year, Greece Ridge has welcomed several new retailers and entertainment options, including Goodwill of the Finger Lakes, Charlotte Russe, Apple Cinemas, Boscov’s, and Hot Pot 585, as well as several temporary and seasonal tenants. Additionally, American Eagle Outfitters recently completed a renovation of its store within the last month.
