Facility Maintenance is currently looking for reliable individuals to join the team. Maintenance provides day-to-day operational support to the plaza. Job duties include, but are not limited to: flooring, landscaping, electrical, painting, power washing, pot hole patching, trash pick-up, general repairs to property equipment and fixtures, and snow and ice removal. Skid-steer or Front-end Loader experience is a plus, but we are willing to train on the job. Must be available evenings and weekends, must have a driver’s license, and must be over 18 years old.
